SolidTUDE welcomes partnerships that strengthen opportunities for residents of greater Houston through effective community collaboration.
We believe that collaboration is essential — and that the best partnerships are built on clarity, shared purpose, and mutual respect.
To ensure every collaboration honors our mission and the community we serve, we follow a simple, transparent partnership development approach outlined below.
1. Community Comes First
SolidTUDE’s programs are designed with and for the community. We collaborate with organizations that share our commitment to helping residents gain skills, confidence, and economic mobility. Partnerships must enhance — not replace — community leadership.
2. We Honor Each Partner’s Strengths
We value the expertise of educational institutions, workforce agencies, nonprofits, and local leaders. Each partner brings something meaningful, and we structure collaborations so that every party’s contribution is recognized and respected.
3. Our Business Framework and Programs Remain Our Own
SolidTUDE retains ownership of our:
- Woodshop to Wood $hop™ curriculum
- CARE Framework
- Entrepreneurship & digital literacy tools
- Trade and micro-enterprise learning models
- Business Model
Partners are welcome to collaborate with us, co-deliver aligned offerings, or participate in joint initiatives. All materials remain the intellectual property of SolidTUDE unless otherwise agreed in writing and a formalized MOU is entered.
4. Clear Roles. Shared Goals. Strong Outcomes.
Before entering any formal partnership, we align on:
- purpose of the collaboration
- roles and responsibilities
- data-sharing expectations
- community impact goals
- communications and visibility
- mutual benefits
This clarity helps avoid confusion and keeps the work focused on outcomes that matter.
5. We Believe in Open, Non-Exclusive Collaboration
SolidTUDE works with multiple partners to expand opportunities for residents. We do not engage in exclusive arrangements that restrict community access or limit collaborative growth.
6. Visibility and Credit Matter
We believe in giving credit where credit is due. In joint initiatives, each partner’s contribution is acknowledged fairly across events, publications, marketing, program materials, and funder reporting. SolidTUDE recognizes partners openly — and we ask the same in return.
7. Data Is Shared Responsibly
We respect participant privacy and community trust. Approved data may be shared for joint evaluation or program improvement, but SolidTUDE retains ownership of all participant information.
8. Designed for Win–Win Collaboration
Our goal is simple: Partnerships that uplift residents, advance education and workforce success, and build long-term community strength.
If your organization shares our values and believes in community-led pathways to economic mobility, we would be honored to explore collaboration opportunities with you.
